Instructions for Publishing Ethics of Editorial Department the Reservoir Evaluation and Development

To further strengthen the professional ethics level of the authors of the Reservoir Evaluation and Development, reviewers and editors, improve the quality of the journal, prevent repeated publication, the editorial department of the Reservoir Evaluation and Development, referring to publishing ethics proposed by COPE and considering the realities of the journal, formulates the following guidelines:

1. For authors

No multi-contribution; assuring ingenuity without plagiarism, data fraud; no disclosure; with accurate expression; undertaking sole responsibilities; with accurate and objective assessment; correctly quoting; including information of funding and respecting the advices of the review experts.

2. For reviewers

Correctly reviewing a manuscript without delay; respecting the achievements of the author; keeping secret for the reviewed contents; avoiding a manuscript involved in interest relation.

3. For editors

Justly processing a manuscript without delay; conforming to publication rules; respecting the achievements of the author; keeping secret for the information of the authors and reviewers; respecting the advice of the reviewer; encouraging academic debate; adopting the double-blind system without disclosing the information of the author and reviewers; avoiding a manuscript involved in conflicts of interests.
